People are over-reacting.  She isn't accusing her opponent of anything.  She's making a pledge and stating that she hopes the other campaign will pledge likewise.  Nothing unusual in that.[/quote]

You have interviewed other people who are involved in the planning, logistics, and operations of a brand new (to Arlington) online voting process and have eliminated all sources of this idea other than MK? The only research that can be done on this to date is 1.) MK's email and 2.) Lawyer Lady post on AEM.

Summary: "BECAUSE I SAY SO, IT MUST BE HAPPENING!"
 
If there is any other verifiable evidence that either side was planning on "harvesting votes," please present them below. Otherwise, it's a made up issue concocted to make APE/MT look terrible.

Seriously, why doesn't MT just shut this down and make the same commitment? It's not a good look for her to not do this... I want to give her the benefit of the doubt but this makes me think MTi is planning to do this.

I read in AEM that a MK supporter wants MK to do this too.

Most people don't like being bothered while going about their regularly scheduled life. Trying to accost someone to "vote" while they are commuting/running errands/doing most anything else isn't going to go down well, like, at all.

If you are so bothered by the integrity of our election system, you need to take it up with Arl Dems.
