Day 40 here and still bleeding. Dr advised me to double daily Provera amount so I’m giving that a few days to see what happens. At this point I can’t even remember what it feels like to not bleed constantly. I never realized it was possible to go this long. I really just want it to end so I can finally enjoy my fully vaccinated status after this crazy year, but I feel like I’m just not getting to the hardest part personally. I will return to the dr in a few weeks for a follow up ultrasound and I hope they will find some explanation and/or solution. Fingers crossed that this thread survives until then. This thread had really been a great comfort to me—just being able to talk about this somewhere, so thank you all!
I'm praying for you. What a crappy situation to be in after trying to protect yourself and others by being vaccinated.
Thank you, I appreciate that. And I want to be clear that I don’t know if I’ll ever be 100% certain that this was cause by the vaccine. I have scoured the internet up and down, and I guess this is something that can just happen out of the blue. With the timing of it, it’s just hard for me to separate the two events. If they find something in there that explains this, believe me, I will sing it from the rooftop.
DP. I hope the Provera stops it for you. This happened to me after a TBI and injury. It does just happen and it can be a total mystery. But hormones are usually to blame—have you had a uterine biopsy though? Your OB should have done one by now.
