In other words, Woods is entirely at fault. It was an accident of his own making. At a minimum, he should be ticketed accordingly, but he really should be criminally charged. The man has no business on the road. I don’t care much if he kills himself, but he presents a serious danger to others. [/quote]

Ultimately I could see a DUI charge. Experts say his crash is consistent with the type of crash that might occur if a driver isn’t fully conscious/alert. He also had not one but several other known instances of intoxicated and extremely reckless driving. It’s an obvious pattern of behavior for Woods. [/quote]

The indication is that he totaled his car. He didn’t even press the brakes when his car went clear off the road! Don’t be so naive. He has a history of impaired driving. This is something that he has been known to do. [/quote]

You can’t drug test everybody “because they got in a car accident”.

His history has nothing to do with it. You can’t drug test somebody for drinking 5 years ago.
