He writes for Georgia Public Broadcasting and is pretty much down the middle when reporting. And, you are right... it expands voting opportunity and provides for mail-in voting. It also codifies things they did for the first time in 2020 that worked and fixed things that didn't (like waiting to count the absentee ballots). [/quote]
