White flight is a thing, and reduces educational equality. The research is pretty clear that segregation of schools harms Black and Hispanic children.

Well said! Gotta love the argument from wealthy white folks that the only way to embrace support for diversity is to give them what they want and cater to them. It's insane and illogical but plays in a sound bite unless someone thinks about it for a hot second.[/quote]

I'm not making an argument that I'd better get what I want or I leave. I'm not going anywhere. I am just pointing out that when schools re-segregate as a result of white flight, it hurts kids. There is research about this.[/quote]

You can't help. They don't understand what research is and how cause and effect works. They seem to understand the results (if you can call it that) as something intentional that you or I could prevent if we left.[/quote]
