The current admission policy is definitely race neutral. It's wholistic review with a standard test component. The test doesn't care about your race. If you work hard you will do well in the test. It's just like the process of NBA teams drafting their players is race neutral too. NBA teams don't care about your race. They draft players based on some tests about your athletic ability and reviews. The fact that NBA players are predominately one race does not mean the admission policy is not race neutral.[/quote]

1) Race-blind and race-neutral are two different things. The old process was race-blind. Learn the difference and return when you’re better informed.

You are not making any sense. The point is the current admission policy doesn't give any group any preference based on race. A test is race blind, race neutral, whatever you wants to call it. The new policy is not. NBA is a very successful enterprise and being celebrated worldwide. Only a racist person like yourself would view it as anti-Black. I am for the current successful NBA and its race neutral "admission" policy. I don't view them as black basketball players. I view them as the best players in the world. If you had your way on everything, NBA would adopt a racial quota and become a failure. Do you have the intelligence to get it now?[/quote]

This NBA thing is totally ridiculous.

There is a HUGE amount of data available to assess each player.  The team needs diversity in various skills.

The analogy to TJ admissions would be to choose the 5 tallest players.  See where that gets you.
