Good. And it doesn’t matter if at this point in time there are zero trans kids playing sports. If they want to play in competitive sports protected by Title IX, they need to do so by their sex. No one is saying they can’t play, but they can’t chose which sex based segregated sport they participate in. [/quote]

this is horrible but- the truth is that trans individual are TRANS- there isn't a binary, there are 6 different sexes, its just that the majority of people fall along the male/female binary. Trans people need to have their own special sports league just like people who are differently abled have their own sports leagues, a kid in a wheelchair plays basketball on a competitive level with others in chars and the are rules for what they can or cannot do to enhance playing ability.  Transwomen and transmen should be allowed their own designation and be protected within it as minority group. many cultures, including my own have always had 3 genders.we need to adapt the same thinking and trash the m/f binary and protect the rights of both transmen, trans women and women [/quote]
