Are you being sarcastic? I bet they are really sad about the timing - obviously they could never have predicted what would happen, but with the kids in virtual school, they could have lived in their pink house full-time through the pandemic and I'm SURE they would have found long-term renters for their duplex. I know several people who did month long beach rentals over the past year. And then they would have been able to sell this spring or summer and made a KILLING. They just had really unfortunately timing.

That beach house was perfect - I have no idea why they didn't just move to Cape Charles full time, they clearly loved it there.[/quote]
