[/quote] As other PP stated, 05-03 is under an old order. The 06 teams and below is new era. VDA producing high quality teams in this age group (06/08s) as well as Loudoun. The only constant for all age groups seems to be Richmond United as they don't have to fight amongst themselves. The whole Arlington and FCV not being in ENCL is real and they'll rot on the vine.[/quote]
