[/quote] As someone who did not have a real refrigerator for over a year in HS, I don’t think that is necessarily true. We were poor. Our slumlord refused to fix or replace the fridge. We had a working cube freezer that someone gave us, but obviously it meant no milk, eggs, or produce. I had nutritional diseases when I arrived at college as a 17 year old freshman. But I think we could arrange food deliveries for people who can’t afford Instacart.[/quote]
