Bloomberg just received The Breakfast Club’s “Donkey of the Day.” This stop and frisk tape is not going away and negative press from outlets like this has a much bigger effect on voters, specifically black voters, than endorsements from random mayors or Steve Ratner: Let’s see how his numbers are with black voters in a week or so after the debates. They’ll never catch up with Sanders, who also has a tremendous lead with Latinos. You don’t win elections with a coalition made up solely of UMC whites and suburban moms.
I’m a black voter. This has absolutely disqualified me and my family from ever voting for Bloomberg. In making it a point to spread out this video on many social media accounts as much as possible. This needs to be exposed.
That is exactly what those that are trying to separate us as much as possible want you to do. they are sowing seeds of hate and asking people only want a candidate that matches them perfectly. We are sucking it up.
I know Bloomberg says he only jumped in the race because Biden looked weak, but his strategy is perfect for someone who wanted to avoid early scrutiny. Had he entered when everyone else did, his record on stop and frisk would have been brought up numerous times during debates and interviews. He knew he had that baggage and thought he could circumvent it by skipping the first contests and debates and skipping right to Super Tuesday. I’m not looking for perfect BTW- all of these candidates have flaws. But that shouldn’t stop us from evaluating and discussing those flaws. Seems like there are a lot of people who want to just look past Bloomberg’s flaws because he has a lot of money.
Serious question do you think Bloomberg is going to implement stop and frisk as a policy of course not He is A+ on gun control, the environment. He supports a $15 minimum wage what more do you want as a progressive Personally he's more moderate on the economy and healthcare and guess what so is the rest of the country.
