I know MANY women who lost weight breastfeeding, including me. I lost 40 lbs in 6 weeks and an additional 16 in 3 months. It was the best diet I have ever had![/quote]

Well technically all data is personal and anecdotal, until it’s aggregated and analyzed. Which is why statistics are simply a matter of using numbers to make whatever argument you want. The valuable answers always start with the tough questions.
