I think so. DA players apparently can play for high school teams at private schools.  The Baltimore privates have this on boys and girls sides.  [/quote]

You have to get a waiver from us soccer and they are rarely granted. Clubs probably just break the rules because us soccer has no recourse. [/quote]

These stacked private HS teams with DA players, how do their DA teams perform during the fall?
