We have a soccer field in our neighborhood and often a homeowner invites 30 people to the field to play soccer. People also have parties at our park... 30 would be fine. I would not even know if people at the pool are guests since the pool is so crowded. Under no circumstance does anybody reasonable person thing 1 crazy owner has the right to call the police on a civil matter.
