[/quote] You can't see to fathom that people have different dietary needs. They are resorting to snacks because the host is not meeting these needs or won't let them leave to get food. While I can easily go 8 hours without food, my husband lifts and when a meal doesn't have enough protein, he's starving. My mother has a very fast metabolism and feels ill and weak when she's hungry. She never travels without nuts, because that helps in a pinch. Neither of them would do well without something between breakfast and dinner. I think it's time to retire from your hosting duties and turn in your Food Police card. [/quote]
