So it’s not a new rule and there’s recent precedent for this kind of penalty. After you graduate, nothing much they can do. You probably get elected to Congress. The fact that you aren’t going to be able to enforce a rule in every single instance where it has been violated doesn’t mean you don’t have rules. [/quote]
