It isn’t an effort. There IS now a union with 90+ teachers in it, that the Administration has chosen not to recognize voluntarily.

There isn’t a recognized union that the Admin will bargain with because the Admin decided to fight.

Apparently the DC charter world is freaking out about this. Even if the MV Admin has wanted to recognize the union, they are under significant pressure not to. [/quote]
