Kentlands appeals to people who enjoyed living in apartments and townhouses. If you hated this, you won't like the Kentlands. If you liked all the activity of an apartment or TH community but want more space then Kentlands is great. It just takes more time to find those people. Before Park Potomac, Pike and Rose, Crown and all the other developments Kentlands was unique for people who like the townhome experience with more space. Now there is newer and fancier developments that do it better. [/quote]
