Yes, the test scores would drop, but so what? Test scores are largely a measure of income status. If you take out the wealthy kids out of the W schools, the scores would drop. A good school is not just about test scores which pretty much reflects upper/middle class student body. A good school consists of staff/admin who care about the students and their education, and a school where low income students are able to score fairly well on tests and have a high graduation rate is a reflection of a dedicated staff, ie, a good school. There are several non W schools like this. [/quote]
