I ended up going a different route - Old Dominion to Balls Hill. I was meeting someone in Arlington afterwards and I was able to come home after drop off, get on 495 with no traffic and then 66 also had no traffic. It seemed too good to be true. I was 30 minutes early meeting my friend. I did see some traffic on Georgetown pike towards tysons but it was the opposite direction.[/quote]
