:D  I know for a fact U. of Illinois goes on road trips to China to recruit these students.  Almost all are full pay.  Illinois has a terrible budget problem and the state doesn't support the university anymore like it used to.  Yes, Illinois Engineering is very highly ranked.[/quote]
