The OW left her H and moved to PA.

The cheater and the murderer moved from Illinois to DE together in December and he served papers as soon as they arrived.

It had been 5 months, at 6 months the divorce could move forward

In Illinois is an "equitable state", he would have been given a "fair" amount of her assets.

The seemed to move around quite a bit. They met in Indiana, moved to South Carolina, then recently moved to DE in the fall for his new job at the University of Delaware. That's where he met the OW. They both seemed to separate from their respective spouses at the same time, indicating that the affair probably began when both were married.

There's been no indication of the Gerardot's living arrangements - it's unclear if they were still living in the same household.[/quote]
