She is definitely math brained, and motivated to do more than is expected of her. I went through the third grade curriculum, and she knows most of the material, but there are definitely gaps (social studies, for instance), so she will learn more for sure. Same with fourth grade material; there are bigger gaps, and while math would be relatively easy, fractions, decimals, and percentages are the bane of her existence, so there should be enough there to keep her challenged, or at least, occupied. If not, we can always go back. It's kind of stupid to spend money to send a kid to elementary school, when there are perfectly good public schools available, but at the same time, I want her to see schools as a place to learn, not a place to get bored out of her mind, so if that's what we have to do, that's what we have to do.[/quote]
