Yep. When the hiring partner of NYC Dechert many years ago tried to "neg" me one evening by telling me I could use more time on the Stairmaster, I was just a summer associate. Given the climate at the time, I didn't seriously consider doing anything about it. Powerful men who harass know how to do it in ways that escape repercussion. [/quote]
