https://www.instagram.com/p/DIWfhpGAzth/?igsh=bXlmbnNxNnQwYms= GA Cup updates, U16 falls to PSV.
Good Lord. Give them a break. I'm all for objective criticism on here, but that clip was the only goal of the match and it was an unfortunate keeper error. We have no idea how that game played out.
Sure we do. https://www.youtube.com/live/mNl-WnZmzg0?si=iLNmRuVMk50XkFJa
If you want to see the quality of DCU or lack thereof...please watch this game. PSV, and this is not an exaggeration, had about 75 percent possession, and DCU couldn't put together more than 3-4 passes. And if they did it was in the back with no preasure. PSV saw that DCU had no way to really beat them after the first half and that they had more quality in every position and changed their strategy in the second half to high press them and give them no respect on the ball. This is what led to their first goal in the first 2 minutes of the second half. DCU couldn't possess the ball or connect consistently. Kicked the ball long more often than not and couldn't really play out the back. DCU put a clearly injured player back on the field as well. The difference between the two sides was obvious. One team playing football, the other just kicking and running and praying. DCU probably won't make it out of group play, just like last year.
