I haven't read the book and think she has some culpability (a good bit of culpability) for what happened, given her history of drinking and having blackouts (and given her age).

The book is quite amazing - one of the best I’ve read about the topic of sexual assault/ rape/ drinking. She is very open about her actions. I highly recommend reading this book. It’s so eye opening what it’s like to come forward, what law enforcement did and didn’t do right, the impact of the defense story, etc. [/quote]
