It goes by fast so enjoy it.[/quote]It’s been well documented over the years that he misses practices, shows up late, etc. If you were seeking to hire an employee and their reference checks said this about an employee, would you hire them, no. Imagine this was a teacher or someone who mentors young kids, absolutely not. Go to GFR if you like him this much. I am just glad that clubs are filtering him out, which gives me some hope that ECNL and GA prioritize good quality coaches. Lot’s to be done to completely shuffle the deck, but Ill take the case by case basis.[/quote]
