She will never have custody of Jace. She agreed to give Barbara permanent custody 2 years ago when she went through that whole circus of trying to get custody. Barbara had a bunch of records from CPS, including Ensely testing positive for THC at birth. Jenelle didn’t want to gamble with a judge so she agreed in mediation to give permanent custody to Barbara.[/quote]
