You asked how he was resisting. The answer is blocking the street. That is how the law works. You do not have the right to block the street and if asked to move, and you don’t, surprise! That’s resisting. [/quote]

In the video we all saw, ICE is not running up to him when he's in the middle of the street. ICE runs over to attack a woman, and then our hero nurse helps her. Thus, we may conclude that ICE did not care that he was in the street. They only cared that a decent white man threatened their masculinity by helping a woman they'd attacked. Their rage at their own shame caused them to murder him, stand back and watch him die. [/quote]

This^^^.  I watched the video and yes, Alex is in the street and proceeds to the sidewalk when ICE is giving a two handed shove to a women who falls over.  Alex tries to help her and is attacked by ICE.  Then, all hell breaks loose with the spray, the tackling, the punching, kicking and then sadly the shooting.  Tragic. [/quote]
