TD is talked about negatively in coaching circles.  You got to actually show you can coach and not jump to promotions to prove you can coach. All TD has done is inherit a bunch of elite 08s who would have succeeded with almost any coach.  [/quote]

Not impressed.   Was impressed with 08s for many years, which had nothing to do with him.  He's highly sought after because he controls decisions.  Thats it. The boys overall are mediocre.
