There are three more in this building, there is an HOA of four owners but no monthly HOA fee. Units are pretty independent but if there is a shared expense, its split evenly. A rather unconventional set up but makes sense. This unit looks great and location is indeed awesome, that's why it was a lightening fast sale. [/quote]
