The big 3  are my age (41) and  this is how I understand  timeline- 
Big 3 born- Rebecca is 30
Jack died- Rebecca was 46, big three were 16
When Miguel left for TX- Rebecca was about 50 and big three were 20 (bc Randall in middle of college then)
Miguel found her on FB- 8 years later so that would make Rebecca 58 and the big three 28 when they walked in on them kissing
Kate’s wedding- 5 years into future so that means Rebecca is 76 and big three are 46
Miguel’s death- I think it seems to be 1-2 years after Kate’s wedding. ??  So Rebecca 78ish, big three 48ish, and Tess would be 20 (in college)[/quote]

Weren't the Big 3 born in 1980? They are no longer 41. Remember the seasons would always start with their birthdays?[/quote]
