It was behind a wooden fence, under redwood trees on a bed of fallen redwood leaves. The prosecutor and media repeated the theme of "next to a dumpster"  to make it seem far fetched that she would have led Turner to that location. Turner described it as behind a wooden shed and indeed the fence enclosing the dumpsters on three sides could appear as a wooden shed at night given the dim lighting.

Right. None of things matter. Fact: 2 witnesses saw him dry humping someone who was unconcious. This is illegal in CA. And for that, he reviewed a 6-month jail sentence.

Sorry for this post. Long-winded PP is right. He was convicted of intent to commit rape and for the fingering. Those things were up to the jury to decide. He may not have not intended to rape her, and she could have been conscious during the earlier stuff. Only BT really knows, I suppose, and the rest of us are just forming opinions based on random bits of evidence. [/quote]
