I can understand that they are likely ticked off about Walney Oaks, as well.  I think those areas are currently Cub Run/Chantilly?  They absolutely should be at Westfield.

If I were in charge, I'd put Walney Oaks at Westfield and leave Chantilly Mews area at Chantilly.  That would be the right thing to do.
