It's hard to really know what happened.  The prosecution witnesses describe a young man who didn't appear to be drunk and was running FAST.  But the swedes were easily able to overtake, trip, tackle and hold the guy.  Neither one of the swedes is a big guy and Turner is an Olympic level athlete so it's surprising that they were able to forcibly restrain w/o anyone getting a mark on them.  I have thought that seemed odd from the beginning.

The other thing that was odd was that the victim was so completely unresponsive for several hours.  The police officers took some time taking those pictures of her (something like 40 photos!) at the scene.  It makes me wonder if they were waiting for her to come around because they didn't think that she was as out of it as she seemed. At least, it certainly doesn't sound like they were hurrying to get her to the hospital....maybe they didn't think it was a medical emergency and suspected that she was faking it?
