It is Democrats that are seeking to reinstate health care for illegal immigrants, wen Trump cut this.  Excluded from coverage in the law started this year with the previous budget bill.
Before that people on TPS, parole, and other programs were considered eligible.

They are not getting rid of the ACA subsidies.  The temporary expanded subsidies passed under Biden are expiring.  These are primarily for people making six figures.[/quote]
