I think the comment was more towards giving the coach of the year award to a coach who is expected to be a perennial powerhouse, vs a coach who is making their program better every year to compete with said powerhouse. Nothing against him as a coach, just as I take it.

Not sure if you have watched the games, but I like how the Oakton and Centreville head coaches always chat post game and show great camaraderie. Nice to see a more seasoned coach in Oakton supporting the growth of his peer at Centreville, unlike most parents seem to think is happening on here. [/quote]
