They learned a man was driving on Burton Road near Sand Hill Road when an unknown vehicle flashed red and white lights behind him, prompting the driver to pull over. Police said the man was confronted by two masked male suspects wearing vests labeled “ICE,” one of whom used a knife to remove the man from his vehicle. The other man pointed a firearm at the driver while the first man poked the victim’s side with the knife, and took the victim’s wallet.
