So, they have let him off for the time-being hoping that AP flips on him, or hoping that BB screws up and gives himself away somehow. They are still going after BB -- but they need enough evidence to make it stick. Sometimes it's better to play the patient game and get all the evidence you can get when there is the possible excuse of self-defense in play.[/quote]
