RIGHT?  If you REALLY thought there was an invader, you would either send BB in alone with his gun and the AP and 5 yr old would wait in the car.  OR you would simply wait for police.  I guess the AP's explanation for going into the house is that she wanted to get the lunches!  BB sure did think through his stories.

I think a jury will find it VERY interesting that BB and AP went to a gun range TWO MONTHS prior.  That's not something normal for a Brazilian AP to do with her employer.  And a jury will find it oh too coincidental that it happened just two months before CB and JR's deaths.  It's too weird for a jury to overlook.[/quote]
