The STEM proficency at Centerville is not as good as Chantilly. Heck, it trails Oakton by a lot (and Oakton has half the FARMs rate). I can see why people would be disapointed to be rezoned from a Oakton level to a Centerville level but hey, a short bus ride is so so worth a less challenging student body if you're a high achiever.
