DC will be just fine. Sorry to disappoint everyone, we lost some families that will be a burden elsewhere. Those families will find out soon enough what they signed up for.[/quote]So in the end, Cap picked up the perennial club jumpers from Virginia, and M&D will retain a core and probably some good additions from the privates in Mont Cty.  Pretty noneventful.  
I will say it's important for MDDC to get some real traction from their group of 29's, especially with YJ moving in with an organized effort.  A little surprised now a year out they have a young director, and still coaching multiple teams?  Would've thought there'd be some structural change to the org chart by now.  Delineation of duties.
They may get some marginal bump in younger teams, but there should be a strategic push if they're smart to take advantage of what will be their 1st outlier team.  A partnership with BLC, even an informal one as an example of thinking outside the box.  TBD.[/quote]
