Why did they both shoot? Is there any idea of how much time elapsed between the BB and AP shootings? The only scenarios I see in my head for something like this is a) shooter 1 becomes incapacitated so person 2 has to finish off neutralizing the threat in front of them or b) an execution-style murder.
