We need to have more access to what is going on the supreme court. These people are very powerful with a lot of power over myself, my family.....all of us. I am glad for getting to see this document and think it a better idea that we all get to see the journey all these opinions go through. This should not be secret.
+1 Shine some sunlight on that whole racket.
Of course you think this. You are liberals. You believe that the decisions of the Supreme Court should be impacted by the mob. You think that the angry protests should make a difference in how the court decides cases.
The "mob" are a majority of Americans who feel that a law that has been on the books and held as constitutional in previous challenges by justices who didn't like abortion. The angry protests are because a right has been taken away by a high court that has been acting pretty shady these days.
+1 Should the people expect to have their will reflected by those they elect? Prime example: "Kavanaugh, though, has a distinct honor: He will be the first justice nominated by someone who lost the popular vote to earn his seat on the bench with support from senators representing less than half of the country while having his nomination opposed by a majority of the country." https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2018/10/06/senators-representing-less-than-half-us-are-about-confirm-nominee-opposed-by-most-americans/ This is why the court is a joke at best, dangerous at worst.
