Surely, at a minimum IEWU movie LLC and Wayfarer would be defendants then, and probably Baldoni and Heath, and then additional does for whoever conducted the smear campaign. Not ok to do it that way just to avoid tipping off WF so they could assert their confidentiality. Should have gone through proper channels.[/quote]
