Maybe even heat stroke conditions, then you add on alcohol and possibly even a drink that's been tampered with. I'd be more inclined to think it's hotel staff rather than the other young man, who may have also been impaired by someone.

Even reviews of higher end resorts contain accounts of spiked drinks and unsavory types lurking about. One married couple believed they were both drugged at the Hard Rock while with their young child. The report and security were completely uninterested. [/quote]
