Just watched the documentary. The prosecuter is so biased and idiotic. He actually says he got his training from reading Sherlock Holmes. He should be ashamed. It was like a fun game to him. And yeah, Amanda acted in a strange way, but that doesn't make her a murderer. Add to that the total botching of the processing of DNA evidence and I am convinced they were on a witch hunt. All I can think now is about meredith's poor family who have no idea what really happened.
I think people have a pretty good idea what happened, perhaps Meredith's parents don't believe it but it's pretty clear. Guede broke into the house, he sexually assaulted and murdered Meredith. He left his DNA everywhere. Knox and her boyfriend go into the house the next day, find blood and other things amiss, call police. They think she is acting strange so start to suspect her. Media is loving the story, its huge sensation, police and prosecutors don't want to be wrong so they stick with going after Knox despite lack of evidence. Knox cracks under duress and gives false confession. Guede realizes he can get lighter sentence if he says Knox and boyfriend were involved. That works and he only gets sentenced to 16 years despite overwhelming forensic evidence against him.
