The test is reasonabless and proportionality.  By definition, a try is an unsuccessful attempt.  Hitting someone following a try is very problematic and risky, as opposed to running away, if possible, and alerting the relevant authorities.[/quote]

The no tolerance policies of the school system are a much more severe system. Children have committed suicide after they were kicked out of everything because of a minor infraction. [/quote]
