It certainly looks like they were trying to get photos - and the series is pretty damning for him. The TMZ consecutive shots show him hitting the white car and pushing her over the line into headon traffic (look at the pavement lines in the TMZ photos). I had not noticed that his left arm is up and that does look like texting![/quote]
