These kids were sitting in a car.[/quote] It wouldn't have been remotely ok if it was 60 degrees outside instead of 28. The children were left unattended for an hour. That's illegal, for very good reason. It's just made even worse by the fact that it was so cold. And that the reason the children were left unattended was so the parents could drink wine.[/quote]
